Prateek Saxena is an experienced finance executive and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of international experience helping businesses improve financial performance, strengthen reporting, optimise cash flow, and support sustainable growth.
A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Prateek has worked with founder-led businesses, high-growth technology companies, SaaS organisations, and international SMEs across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Throughout his career, Prateek has held senior finance leadership positions responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations, fundraising support, board reporting, cash flow management, business planning, and operational finance.
Prateek specialises in helping growing businesses build the financial foundations required to scale confidently. His expertise spans Fractional CFO services, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), finance transformation, KPI development, strategic planning, investor readiness, and financial modelling.
In addition to leading finance functions, Prateek has extensive experience working with banks, investors, grant agencies, auditors, and executive leadership teams to support growth initiatives and improve business performance.
